As we're at the beginning of our new fiscal year, I wanted to take a moment and reflect on the great work we partnered on last year. I'm writing today in appreciation to you and your team for consistently delivering a quality attendee experience for Microsoft at a lot of our industry tradeshow last year.

Your ability to consistently deliver creative, thoughtful new ideas on budget and on time with spectacular results, regardless of the size of the event, elevates you above the competition. As an example, the double-decked, lighted blue .NET solution you customized for Microsoft at the Internet Commerce eXpo exceeded our expectations. It was interesting, scalable, and flexible while supporting the messaging we had for the show. In addition, your ability to partner with a multitude of vendor, negotiate with San Jose labor unions and manage every detail of the final product on site was of tremendous value.

On our smaller, yet equally important developer shows, you have consistently brought to the table innovative cost effective solutions to create the most productive 1: few environments. Finally, as a point of comparison, as the Exhibit House on our 100'x80' Spring Internet World exhibit, you were able to enhance opportunities. You were also able to create a smart traffic flow throughout our booth and new interactive environments for attendees to learn more about our products and services.

Simply said, the value add of the Soest team was a key success factor for us at our tradeshows in FY01. I appreciate the efforts that all of you at Soest & Associates, Inc. put into truly partnering with Microsoft - you're truly invested in ensuring our success on every level and for that we are grateful.
